Cancellation Policy
*A 100%of total service fee will be charged to the card on file for any missed appointments without notice (no call/no show) — NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Any cancellations/reschedules made WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment you will be forfeiting your $25 deposit, you will need to pay the deposit once more for your next appointment.
*If you cancel before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be refunded.
*If you reschedule prior to 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will go towards new appointment.
*Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will incur a $25 fee (This is in addition to your service total + deposit).
